Allen Iverson added to a young core for some picks....
Not bad for them but AI is still overrated...he needs to start jacking up some points or something or else like Orlando said, he'll end up being a Stacey Augmon type player.

Honestly I like it for the Bulls. It was the best offer I got and no use paying Iverson that much as a backup. I didn't even get the Clipps pick which should have been a must for me. I get pick 10 and probalby two picks in the low 20's. Not one of my brighter deals. Might see me get fired soon if I keep these deals up.

Both got a good deal...Iverson is a good player yes..but not on your team. You have Allen at SG and Iverson is not a point guard (B- handles). You were going to pay Iverson to suck it up on the bench for the next 5 years? Naw man you got a good deal....Chicago...u got a nice backcourt and will be in the playoffs next year...Joe its not bad at all man.

it depends on who i get with pick 10. If i can get Przybilla or Mihm to take the place of Zo when he is gone then I will be happy, especially with how hard centers are to get these days.

AI = over rated
And the Bulls screwed themselves for the future.
Since when do 2 SFs and 2 PGs win anything?
Rockets win this one hands down...

I think this is a good deal for the Rockets. They get the #10 pick in a very deep draft this year and I think the Bulls pick will be lotto next year as well. AI/Marbury is a very small backcourt. Who knows a up tempo game may work for the Bulls.
And I will not pass up on Magloire if he's there at #7. I'll just put that out there right now.

Am I the only one who thinks the trade committee needs to look at this one? 3 lotto picks (sorry Bennice, you suck as a GM, and aren't making the playoffs anytime soon) for an overrated guy who is only wanted because of his name? Come on.

ya i dont think you can look at it either.. its only a bad trade IF the bulls dont make the playoffs soon.. they need big bodies no question, if they can find a way to get one they could be ok.. I think AI breaks out this year.. and he has to for the bulls sake.
At least they still have the clippers pick next year..
