Wiz send:
Derrick Coleman Ed O'Bannon
Celtics send
Penny Hardaway Kenny Kitna
I'm really not sure on this one. Boston traded away Grant to get Penny and then traded Penny for a giant contract that expires next season. Kitna and O'Bannon are push to me. Interesting deal to say the least. I want to say I like it for the Wizards but Penny won't be around as Odom develops so I'm not really sure. Same thing with VC and Coleman.

I'm as unsure as you guys. If G Man can turn around and get a good young player for Penny, then I like it for him.

I think it definitely benefits Washington moreso than it does Boston.
I told Boston that I thought he could try to target some either players and he tried but I guess nothing worked out well for him so he just decided to do this deal.

Well they basically traded Grant for DC. So I guess more power to them???

Actually, it's very smart trading. If you can land a better version of a player you have by helping another team, you can come out quite well.

Well they basically traded Grant for DC. So I guess more power to them??? Yeah but they got Penny who could've gotten them a little bit more. Oh yeah and don't forget they traded Dre Miller who might be a solid starting point guard in this league. Grant/Miller or DC or Grant/Miller for A younger power forward who isn't as close to retirement as DC is.

ok lakers, you must know what deals I could've gotten better than I do Well you didn't really shop Penny around did you? I had to suggest to you to send the offer to the Sonics remember? Other than that...I don't think you ever mentioned any other trade possibilities.

I know my situation. The only two players that would've worked for me were DC and Joe Smith. One wasn't available, so I got the other.
But, I guess you know more than me about my own team.
