Don't get this at all for LA. Bonzi has an outside shot at being decent and Hubert Davis is more decenter (I invent words) than Brevin.

danny will actually play a decent role on the clips... WTF, no he won't this is a terrible deal for the Clippers. Who cares if they have Jeff McInnis who is a turnover a game worst than Hubert Davis, is younger, and Davis wasn't gonna get resigned anyway. Who cares that he also had little value in the trade market. Bonzi Wells just hasn't gotten better in 3 straight TC's, but that shouldn't stop the Clippers for holding onto him for another year and praying for hope. Basically, I'm the GM so I don't give a shit if you GET the trade. May not have gotten the defense I've been looking for, but i certainly didn't lose much (McInnis plays the same d as Hubert). Manning simply fits into my system and can put the ball in the basket and provide some frontcourt size. Plus he and Hubert are on 1 year contracts, I don't have my pick, I wasn't gonna resign Hubert, so how bad can this trade ACTUALLY hurt me? Hubert wasn't gonna win me more games, who's to say Manning will or won't?

The trade was posted. People can respond however they want. No reason to flip out.

Not as terrible as people think, Bonzi hasn't done anything since coming into the league, and would hard to warrant a big resigning. Davis is nice but McInnis will be fine and is younger, with Knight coming off the bench. This may finally make a starting lineup for the Clipps with Nazr/Brand/Manning/Augmon/McInnis. Which is much better then it was.

He hasn't done anything since then...if someone wants to spend points on him to make things work then he could be average. He just a shade under Hughes as far as I'm concerned with overrated players from that 98 draft.

Clippers, so you are saying you dealt Hubert because "he wasn't gonna re-sign anyway"
What kind of logic is that? It's the same reason you dealt Dampier...
You need to have faith, dealing solid players for shit isn't gonna help you re-sign Elton.

You need to have faith, dealing solid players for shit isn't gonna help you re-sign Elton. I was saying, he didn't have a future with the team...not in my future plans. So yes, It was easier to deal him. This has nothing to do with Dampier who u bring up everytime, drop it. I don't get how everytime I make a trade people always say I can get better value when I offered Hubert to about 20 teams and the best offer I got was a scrub and a middle aged SG. Its like people want to overvalue my players after I trade em to make me look shitty, but hey they gotta feel better about themselves somehow I guess. Hubert wasn't in my future, didn't have much value, and in the long run my team is deeper than it was before. I didn't rush into the deal either, I logically thought it out. Maybe we wait a sim to see if the trade actually helped, before rushing to judgement like certain GMs have. In the end, my team got deeper and possibly closer to winning THIS year.

I like the Clipps trying to be a winner now. Good for everybody, take back the Staples Center.
