Raptors Guard[/i]

It's good to be back blogging with the fans, i used to blog alot last year with the Washington Wizards but ever since i got traded to the Raptors in the offseason, i've tried to get my blog back and now it has the official Toronto Raptors trademark on it so this is my first season post. So far i've really enjoyed playing here in Canada, This team has a bunch of great guys all around, Jamal Crawford and Kenyon Martin have really showed me around and it's safe to say that i have really good relationships with the two of them. The team was impressed with my improvements over training camp and has given me the backup role to Dajuan Wagner as one of the main players to come out in the bench and i thank Coach Larry Brown for that opportunity.
Our team has started off 12-3 for the year and im going to have say im really excited for this season, coming off a losing team to a winning team really makes the difference for me. I haven't gotten the start i wanted personally, need to keep working on my jump shot but the defense has been there which has been huge for me. We just finished off a 4-0 home stand with all being blowouts, Our home fans have been great for us and it gives us an added bonus to have the crowr roar as they do here in Toronto, Basketball has been back on track ever since they hired new management in Rodriguez. Im new to this team this year but i've been following all the NBA teams and know my fair share of each one of them.
I have to admit, i was pretty nervous in meeting Larry Brown who is one of the best coaches of all time, it was just an overwhelming experience of meeting him for the first team and it's definently a priveledge to be coached by such a person who has a great relationship with the players. He's going to get at you when your playing bad, he's going to wake you up. It felt good to know that he put his 10 cents in the deal that brought me here. It adds alot of confidencet to myself and makes me want to work the extra mile for Brown.
Until next time, we're going on a three game road trip to Milwaukee, Dallas and Philadelphia . Wish us good luck!!
