Just some thoughts on the top 5 at each position. I won't go into to much detail other than giving the order, obviously its just an opinion and in no way should be used other than for some reference.
THEY WILL NOT BE IN ANY ORDER OTHER THAN BY FIRST NAME!!
Centers[/u]
B.J. Mullens C 7'0'' 260 20 B- C- D+ B- B- A
Brian Zoubek C 7'1'' 250 22 C+ D C- B- C+ B
DeAndre Jordan C 7'0'' 240 22 B- D D B B- A
J.J. Hickson C 6'10'' 230 20 C+ D+ C- C+ C+ A
Robin Lopez C 7'5'' 303 21 C+ D D C+ C B
Overview: Mullens and Jordan on this list are the two most likely guys to go in the top 10 players. Both have good upside. The other 3 guys shown above should be taken in the top 20 especially with the lack of depth at center in the league overall. Don't be surprised to see them go earlier than expected.
Sleeper not on the list: Gus Gilchrist C 6'9'' 240 21 C- D D- C C- A
Power Forwards [/u]
Brook Lopez PF 7'0'' 240 22 B- C- D B- C+ B
Greg Monroe PF 6'10'' 226 20 B- B- C B- C+ A
Michael Beasley PF 6'9'' 220 21 B C+ C- C+ B- A
Tim Ohlbrecht PF 6'11'' 235 22 C C+ C B- B- B
Vernon Macklin PF 6'9'' 200 23 C+ D C- C+ B B
Overview: Probably the deepest pf draft in recent memory. Every guy on this list could be a lotto pick, again, espiecally with the need of big men overall on most teams. The biggest question here i think is who goes first on this list? and which one of these guys falls the furthest. Even teams at the end of the lotto should be super happy if one of these guys falls to them.
Sleeper not on the list: Brandon Costner PF 6'9'' 230 22 B- C C C+ C+ B
Small Forwards[/u]
Chase Budinger SF 6'7'' 215 22 B- B- C C+ C B
DaJuan Summers SF 6'8'' 241 22 C+ B- C- C+ C- B
Earl Clark SF 6'8'' 220 22 C+ C+ C B- C A
Kyle Singler SF 6'9'' 210 22 C+ B C B- C+ C
Raymar Morgan SF 6'7'' 225 21 C D C B C A
Thaddeus Young SF 6'8'' 217 21 B B C- B C B
Overview: Thaddeus Young is clearly the best player on this list of sf's. He's a top 3 pick in most mock drafts out there. After young it should be interesting to see where the other guys on this list land. A lot of that will depend on the team drafting, and the preference that team has for its sf. Do they need scoring? Defense? More of an instant impact?
Sleeper not on the list: Ryan Anderson SF 6'9'' 225 22 C+ B- D C C C
Shooting Guards[/u]
Gerald Henderson SG 6'5'' 215 22 B- C C B C+ B
Greivis Vasquez SG 6'5'' 195 23 C C+ B- C+ C B
Jerome Dyson SG 6'3'' 180 23 B- B C C D+ C
Ricky Rubio SG 6'5'' 190 20 B- C+ C+ B+ C A
Tyreke Evans SG 6'5'' 205 20 B- B- C+ C C C
Overview: As we stand going into this Rikcy Rubio is the number 1 pick in the draft. His combination of great defense and huge offensive upside make him tough to pass up. Dyson, Evans and Henderson also could be great scorers in this league. Vasquez should be a great combo guard off someones bench in year 1.
Sleeper not on the list: Scottie Reynolds SG 6'2'' 195 22 C+ B- C C D+ B
Point Guards[/u]
D.J. Augustin PG 5'11'' 175 22 C- B- B C+ D+ B
Jerryd Bayless PG 6'4'' 193 21 B- B- C+ C+ D+ B
Petteri Koponen PG 6'4'' 195 22 C B- B- C C- B
Sherron Collins PG 5'11'' 200 23 C B- C C+ D+ B
Ty Lawson PG 5'11'' 193 22 C C+ B B- D+ B
Overview: Some very solid prospects in the pg ranks. Who goes where there is a definate question. With so many teams needing size up front pg's could find themselves slipping into the late lotto or beyond. If you need a pg this year and have a later pick or have something of value to trade this might be a great year to deal and get the guy you want.
Sleeper not on the list: Goran Dragic PG 6'4'' 175 24 C B- B- C+ C- C
