So after the X3 post was a huge success I decided to talk about Spiderman 3. In my opinion Spiderman is still the best of the comicbook superhero movies. idk if anyone here has read the comics before but personally my favorite story line was the Venom/Symbiotic suit. It looks like there are signs that this might be in the next movie. Why don't we just make the gaming board an off topic board and put all this in there?
But I probably will be seeing this when it comes out. I want to get into a movie this summer, maybe I'll make a trip to LA and make it hap.

the guy they chose to be Brock isn't what I pictured him to be.. Isn't that Tobey Macguire? I mean from my knowledge of Spiderman, Spiderman was Venom for a bit before getting rid of the costume, however, I could be wrong. It has been a long time. |

Yes, Peter Parker wore the black suit before Eddie Brock got it. He was never "Venom" though...that was Brock with the symbiote.

The guy from that 70's show is Venom? I would have pictured more of a muscular type of guy rather than a skinny guy.

Eddie Brock was skinny until after he got fired and started working out..

i used to get Topher Grace and Tobie McGuire confused when i was younger and didnt know who either was. So this will be a trip having both in the movie. I just went to IMDB and it looks like Sandman will be in this movie. Quite confusingly it has Aunt May's actor listed as Aunt May/Carnage. Does that make any sense to anyone?

Does the symbiotic suit break into Carnage and inhabit Aunt May? That'd be crazy.
I am fine with Topher Grace as Venom and Thomas Hayden Church as Sandman. HobGoblin is also supposed to make his first appearance. I also heard Larry David was contacted to be the Vulture (I think thats his name) but I am not sure that panned out.
There has been rumors that the "Sinister 6" would be in this one, but I doubt it with these characters.
Should be really good though. Venom is easily my favorite villan/storyline with Parker wearing the suit first and then giving it up.
Should be a great blockbuster. Make it 3 hours long!

They need to bring in the Shocker.. easily the best villain behind Venom
