Dude just face it The Big-10 Michigan is sucking now, Michigan state basically win a big game or two, but sucks, Iowa if recruiting determined championships then Iowa would win, but it's just to bad their players leave on a regular bases.
Basically it boils down to Ohio State and Penn State for the Big 10. Now don't get me wrong, Ohio State may have the best football team in the nation this year, and penn state a top 15 team, but as for a Conference over-all they don't compare to the SEC or ACC.

2.ACC
3.BIG 12
4.BIG 10
5.PAC 10
6.BIG EAST
7.WAC
8.USA
9.MAC
10.SUN BELT
11.INDEPENDENT (BUT YES I KNOW NOTER DAME IS THERE BUT THE REST BRING THE CONFERENCE DOWN)

The BIG 12? The sec is so overrated. Michigan, Ohio st., penn st., Iowa are all top 15 teams.

1.ACC
2.BIG 12
3.SEC
4.BIG 10
5.PAC 10
thats about how my top 5 would look, Big 12 isn't that great, but I truly believe big 10 sucks, they have lots of ok teams. Only team that I think is any good is ohio state...

I would like for the ACC to be the top division, but until they win more national championships i have to say SEC. Jersey I agree BIG 12 is way overated but hell they have the national champs and for that i have to give them a little love.

Sec, Big 10, and ACC.... are the top 3 easy......
all 3 conferences have an elite team or elite teams.... good teams... solid teams.... and shit teams...... it all comes down to out of conference schedule

Well if anything the Gamecocks are the wild card I think in the SEC. They very well could take the SEC champioship away from a team in the last 2 weeks of the season they almost did it last year.

hey guys, I was looking through some experts preview of the ncaaf 2006-2007 season...
in 3 diff magazines, the top 4 strength of schdule were pac-10 teams
1 magazine top 6 SOS were pac-10 teams 2nd magazine top 15 were 8 pac-10 teams 3rd magazine top 11 were 6 pac-10 teams
yeah, go figure why pac-10 always is good, but loses alot.
and Oregon had the 3rd hardest/6th/11th

Michigan should do well next year. They still have Conservative Carr as coach, but Henne should be coming into his own by now. If Mike Hart can stay on the field this year, he will finally be a force. Manningham and Breston are both threats, but Breston needs to show some of that potential everyone thinks he has. On the defensive side, I'm not sure, but I just hope its solid.
Drew Stanton = Top 5 QB in College football? We'll see if he can prove himself.

Well do you think that breaston will wear the infamous #1 @ Michigan?
Drew Stanton will be a really good QB at the next level for sure. HE has all the intangibles that make a good NFL QB. He has height, build, athleticism, and a cannon for an arm.

No matter what you can't put the ACC as the toughest football conference. YOu can't put the SEC as the toughest football conference. Both have too many schools and when you win the conference it is either the east or the west division and that is horrible. The Big TEn is tough.
The pac 10 wins at home and loses on the road. Weak conference nowadays without USC.
