Seems like Another 2nd round steal is on the way, Daniel Gibson.
Is it getting to a point where the 2nd round is slowly getting more valued than before?? Or is it just bad scouting and Gming?

he was just pretty small and raw, I think thats why he slipped. Not many people expected Gibson to do much this season, especially not contribute as much as he did late in the series.

He's a good player, but don't overvalue him after one series. I doubt he ever gets to the FT line like that again, other than that he is the same spot-up shooter.

by the way he is playing this season he would of probably picked around the same time as Farmar and Williams.

Kid could be the second option LeBron needs.
I like his aggressiveness. His shooting ability, defending ability.
He could be a prett good combo-guard alongside Bron.
The reason he slipped so low isn't really bad scouting (I wouldn't blame draftexpress either as they have little to no say in GM decisions), but it is because of his lack of a position. He isn't a true PG in the sense that he isn't really much of a decision maker. But isn't an SG due to the fact that he is 6'2". Same reason Arenas fell into the 2nd round.
Alot of good players have been slipping into the 2nd round. Every draft over the past few years have had a stud player or two fall into the second round.

Makes you wonder too, Cavs picked Shannon Brown late in the 1st round, yet Gibson ends up being better this year than him.
